For particle size reduction we have shredders and granulators with metal separators. The regrind is homogenized in mixing silos and dried in high performance dry-air dryers. Gravimetric feeders fill the material through metal separators into the single screw extruder which is equipped with side feeder and vacuum degassing.

Continuous screen changers allow fine melt filtrations down to 40 microns. The extruders are equipped with either strand pelletising or water ring pelletising.

For production of compounds - according to your requirements - further feeding and mixing facilities are available. We offer long-term know-how in the selection and use of additives, fillers and reinforcements.
