Paint Removal
We are now in the position to remove the coating layers from painted parts by means of mechanical delaminating process. The paint particles are subsequently extracted. The depainted plastic regrind is then melt filtrated and finally repelletised. The final product can then be re-used in the original application - even in visible parts.

A major advantage is that this process is purely mechanical and therefore no further drying or purification stages are necessary. Additionally: Parts from crashed cars or from end-of-life vehicles are at the same time cleaned from dirt and other adhesive layers, making further washing unnecessary.
